I want twitch prime rewards but don't have authentication codes for EA account

Question

I want to get twitch prime rewards (which I am eligible for on twitch) however I don't have access to my authentication codes because I deleted the app on my phone.&nbsp; I'm already logged in on my PC but I have to login again to get my twitch prime rewards.&nbsp; I haven't got my backup codes.&nbsp; I know someone will tell me to go to EA live chat however I' have tried 5 times in the last 2 hours and I haven't got through once (I've waited for up to 40 minutes when the expected time is 20).&nbsp; I have had this issue with live chat in the past as well.

Once you get in contact with an Advisor they should be able to help you sort this out.

Sorry the estimated time to contact may not be accurate.

It's not that the estimated time isn't accurate, it's that I wait for ages and then it says "sorry, there are no advisers available at this time".&nbsp; Is there a reason for this?&nbsp; Can I get help any other way?

At certain times of the day our Advisors can get quite busy and you will see a message like that.

Try contacting us earlier or later in the day or depending on the options you choose during the 'contact us' process, you may be able to contact us by phone.

I've tried at almost every different time in the day and I can't contact by phone.
