I was falsely banned for game cheating and won my appeal. However, they're unable to rollback their screwup (it's known).

• ERROR: SOME OF OUR SERVIES COULD NOT BE ACCESSED
• ERROR: WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR CONTENT, but will continue trying

Current errors without Madden Ultimate Team option.

I purchased Madden 23 on Jan 7 from EA sports but have been unable to play after the 4th day. I played a total of 60 hours within those four days, grinding solos and doing challenges with some h2h. On the 5th day, I received an email stating that I was falsely accused in Match Cheating without any evidence, and EA suspended my account without any warning. I then filed an an appeal as I was falsely accused of something I did not commit.

I won my appeal on Jan 20th, but still cannot access my Madden Ultimate team account. I then reached out to customer service multiple time (it's exhausting) and they noted it was an error on their part and it could take up to another 10 days.

They are unable to refund me because of this reason.

I haven't been able to enjoy the game that I paid for as I was falsely accused of something I did not commit by EA sports. I have yet to access my account and enjoy this game.

And after talking to EA Sports rep (as of this morning on Jan 23), they have finally acknowledged this is a known issue but unable to provide restore my account due to a known concern and they're 'escalating' it with their team. 

How is this not straight up robbery? As far as legal aspect, I didn't break TOS rules yet they're unable to refund me my money and they're withholding my access to my Madden account.
