Invalid account in madden

Summarize your bug I try to login to the game and it says Account Invalid. It won't let me change to a different EA account. How do I fix it so I can play online. I have Xbox Live.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? look into the account; see if its been compromised; provide us access to a new account with the paid xbox live we paid for.
What happens when the bug occurs? i can't access my game. We have paid for xbox live and are not able to play online.
What do you expect to see? access to xbox live and online gaming as it's been paid for.

The issue has been ongoing and we've tried to access online gaming or live gaming multiple times and dates.  We have paid for xbox live but can't access.

Same issue but on PS4. It was fine last week, but now it keeps saying "account invalid". 

I have to same problem on PS4. What do I do to fix it?

This is honestly bull poop. I’ve spent 10 hours plus looking for answers. Every time I try to “contact ea” it says my best options are to look through these threads and never to actually contact them. Online game is unplayable. And it’s not just madden. NHL, FIFA and Madden are all giving me the exact same message and I can’t play anything online. It’s friggin quarantine SZN this is unacceptable

Summarize your bug It doesn’t let me play any mode anymore. It says your account is in valid. I try to update my password and email but it gives me the same message. This hasn’t happened before what can I do

this message happens in every EA game I have. I have no idea how to fix it. I look for it every where on EA help but there was no help nor answers 

I’ve tried this many times and it still won’t work. Before I could just click sign in to EA on ps4 and it would work but now it doesn’t.

I'm really sorry, but account issues like this aren't something we're able to help with here on Answers HQ. The EA Help team would need to pull up your account and help get this sorted out.

This same generic answer isnt solving absolutely anything. Its absolutely insane that we can pay hundreds of dollars to you for product in these games yet we get the more worthless customer support. If you actually have answers that would help that would be awesome. Otherwise you're better off not say anything. Unbelievable
