Is skilled based passing on ps4?

Is skilled based passing available for ps4 consoles? I can’t not find it.

Hi @MrGr3gg23 To confirm Skilled base is a part of the new FieldSENSE gameplay system that is only available on PS5 and Xbox Series S|X.
