Linking Twitch-Drops and Amazon Prime Accounts leads to Ban

Question

Dear Community,I recently got banned for coin distribution after just playing for 2-3 days. My appeal got closed with no reply from ToS team.The strange thing (which got ignored by ToS team) is that I not even ONCE purchased or sold any item on the community market.How can I distribute coins, if the only thing I bought was a package from the official Madden store?&nbsp;I suspect that the false positive indication for "coin distribution" comes from the free packages from either Twitch-Drops or Amazon Prime drops.I would like you to reply to this thread, if you got banned under the same circumstances, so we can drive ToS team to do a real investigation into this topic.&nbsp;&nbsp;Thanks and best regards,B

It's sad to say, but they don't bother doing a REAL investigation. Since it's obvious the ban detection system has a major bug.
They don't even bother to tell me WHAT I did wrong (because they can't). My second appeal with even hints to the bug was declined in a matter of minutes, which means it was automation and not a investigation. It's so frustrating to be treated with this little respect as a paying customer.
