Madden 15 PS4 freezes up during gameplay

Start about two weeks ago madden is freezing up during gameplay online and off line now. Was freine up in the 2nd quarter. Call Playstation and done everything still did it went and brought a new game and try it still doing it.  What do I need to do to play a whole game in a league and really don't want to drop it but if I can play more than 2 quarter madden in now good to me and debating not buying again. Thanks for the help in advance also put a ticket into ea last Wed and haven't got a call yet

    WHAT DO WE DO!!!

    This won't stop. New game, different system. This sucks!!!

    You just need to reinitialize your console. 

    settings> initialization> intialize PS4> quick initialization 

    Once you do that you have to redownload your gamertag and then set up your connection again, but it should let you play just fine.

    I have had the same problem and tried play stations suggestions but having the same problem.
    Deleted game
    Went to safemode and selected #4
    Re loaded but nothing
    Any new info.

    Tried initializing the console, reactivated my PS4, reinstalled the game and I still can't complete a game without it freezing?

    I have not been able to complete a head to head game in 2 weeks. It seems to consistently freeze with around 1 minute and 29 seconds left in the 4th quarter. I can still hear crowd noise but the players are all frozen. The dual challenge solos freeze as well. Shockingly the gauntlet solos allow me to complete a full game. I have also deleted the game and reset my ps4 to factory settings 4 times. I also deleted all of my save game data from Madden 15 and the problem is still not resolved.

    I can't even get into the main menu before it freezes up. Did everything listed. 

    • Uninstalled and reinstalled game
    • reinitialized my PS4
    • talked with ea

    I have the digital copy, super pissed about this. I wasted 60 dollars on a game I can't freaking play. Won't be buying anymore from this company if they fail to fix it.

    Did that and it still freezes.
