Merged your threads with the main one. We're aware of the issue and working to resolve it as soon as possible. There's currently a workaround available for Xbox One, which is marked as a solution in the thread. For your convenience copying the workaround below:
Warning: this will erase any locally saved Connected Franchise data.
Please note that this method may work only for some of the players.
