Am I the only one picturing that "the team" is just one part time resource still using dial up as a connection? They have something like a window between 7 a.m. - 9 a.m. every other Tuesday to look at M18 Franchise issues. Rest of the week? MUT14 of course.
I don't think there's much that the mod can do about that so let's take it easy on them.
- @EA_Blueberry Would it be possible for the team to give us a timeframe of when they hope to have this resolved? Thanks!
Lol ill take it easy on them when they offer us a refund on a broken game they can't fix. We have asked basic questions that haven't been answered:
What exactly is the issue that's so dumbfounding to the people that actually built the game?
What is the plan? This is obviously not a priority and the game shows my league is still there in the cloud but won't let me download it.
They are either being blatantly dishonest with us on the issue and/or stringing this along and hoping we all go away.
It is dumbfounding to me. I played the franchise one day and then the next day it didn’t work. Obviously something happened or changed in that short timeframe and it shouldn’t be all that difficult to figure out. If it was MUT it would’ve been fixed in a day
48 hours since I responded to what @EA_Blueberry told me was his / her supervisor and as I expected... no response. Ladies and Gentlemen, EA clearly sees us as not important to them. Well until if/when we purchase 21.

@Greyman307if you read the entire thread you will see they are not only not telling us what they are doing but they are not saying what the problem is. We are being largely ignored with the exception of the occasional "We are looking into it" from @EA_Blueberry . They are quick to delete or edit comments that violate their posting policy but not quick to give us any real answers. As you read you will see that many of us suspect we will never be able to access our franchises for reasons that are clear. I did reach out to what our community manager said is are his/her supervisors over 2 days ago and have yet to hear anything back.
They are not interested in serving us, taking our concerns seriously and providing absolutely zero customer service let alone any real updates or feedback. They are sidestepping and giving very rare general statements as to what is going on and what they are doing.
Late Monday morning, It's been 3 working days since I filed my "Report" to @EA_Blueberry 's supervisors, well at least what he/she said would be his supervisors, and nothing back. Crickets, not even so much as a response saying we have your complaint and are looking into it. No one at EA gives a care to what anyone is experiencing if it doesn't make them money. They hide anonymously behind this board, they edit or delete things that they say violates the rules but in several cases it's not offensive or threatening, it just hurts their feelings. And because of their rules, EA makes it impossible to organize anything outside of this thread....... Why do I feel like I am living in an Orwellian reality?
