PC SPEC:Windows 108700kgtx 1080Currently on my 6th season on offline mode of my franchise. Now my saved franchise files won't load. I just crash back to the desktop or freeze on rare occasion. I was able to load one of my many back up save file because you know I have been playing madden franchise mode for over 10 years and crashing have always been an issue especially as you get longer in your franchise career, but now another problem has come up. The game now crashes right after playing a game in franchise mode. I have played about 8-10 hrs since the update game out the last few days with no problem, so i don't think that's the issue. Tried simming through a few weeks before playing another game and it still crashed after the game when loading to franchise office/menu. Any suggestions or fix?

I’ve had the same problem for over a week on Xbox 1

I had the same problem as OP, except I'm on xbox. I spoke to EA Help and all they did was tell me to restart my console and check my internet connection. Very helpful. Once I get a few seasons into offline franchise the saves stop working after I play a game.

Sorry to say but your saved game may be corrupted. It does sound like you can load the data but not write back to it when the game is trying to save, so it crashes. If you have more then one save file i would recommend playing from a previous save.

talk with EA advisor about ingame bug.

also recommend make post at its own game forum, reason is simple, get help from other players that play that game and can help confirm or not if this is a game bug.

Still having this problem. As suggested i did start a thread on this on the madden technical issues forum and discovered many more people are having the same problem. No response at all from EA representative. Not even a simple, "we will look into this problem."

I have also been having this issue.
For some reason this bug occurs whenever I play in games on franchise mode. If I only simulate it works completely fine, but as soon as I enter a game it will crash back to desktop, & I will no longer be able to use the franchise file again.

I'm having this problem on the PS4 as well. Called play station customer service and they said it's on EA. Call EA and they claim to have no idea of any crashing issue and claim that there is no issue with the game, yet I can find many threads when googling madden 19 crash, across all gaming platforms. Frustrating issue, games became a total waste of time and money.
