Hi EA
The game currently runs without any audio. I've tried to look through the forums for help, but so far have not been able to fix the issue. Please can you help me fix this. Thanks.

I seemed to have fixed the problem. 🙂
I closed down a program called "Alienware Sound Center" and the sound has now return to the game. I guess this was somehow causing the issue.

Have you had a chance to try repairing Madden 20 in Origin to see if that helps at all? If there's an issue with missing or corrupted data in the game installation that might help fix this.
If you right-click on the game in your Origin Library you should see a Repair option when the menu comes up. Let me know if that helps at all. Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately however, I did try that and it didn't make any difference. I also tried the "Update Game" option too, but the game is already updated.
I know that the sound works on other Origin games, such as Jedi Fallen Order. However, for both Madden 20 and Fifa 20, the sound doesn't work so the issue is only related to these games.
In my Device Manager, the sound devices for my PC are the Windows 10 standard:
High Definition Audio Device
Intel(R) Display Audio
Both of these are working normally.
Please provide other alternatively suggestions that you think might fix the problem. I appreciate your help in trying to fix this issue.

Are you running your audio through speakers, or are you using headphones or a headset? If you're using headphones do you have them connected to your controller?

This is definitely a software issue within the game and not my connections. All other games and apps have sound. This is a reoccurring problem. The sound will work fine for a few days and then nothing. Way to many people have similar problems. This issue needs to be resolved.
