I've had the game for 2 weeks and can't get past the intro the screen goes dark and the intro plays in the background. It's stuck at "showtime" But when I'm not connected to the internet the game loads normally but can't log into online servers even if I switch it back on again the screen will grey . Please someone help I spent £50 on a game and EA won't respond to my tweets DMs even chats .

Same problem here, I just had some problems with Madden 20 about 4 days ago.... (like my kicking meter not being visible and really weird physics/ animations.... and missing pre play art). So I Uninstalled and reinstalled the game a few days later.... started up the game and I cant get past any loading screen after the main menu. This is pretty frustration and if anyone can help please let me know.
Also had some really strange FPS problems when the camera would zoom out to show the whole stadium. I play n an i5 8th gen, 1060 Nvidia, 16g DDR4 PC..... It runs most FPS's decently and runs Overwatch at 200 fps.
Nah still not working EA haven't been helpful at all been told to power down my console by a couple of em .like switching things off and on fixes them

Go to your Xbox Settings > General > Network settings > Advanced settings > DNS settings and select 'Manual'. Then enter 8.8.8.8 as the primary and 8.8.4.4 as the secondary. Then restart your Xbox (don't bother waiting for the network test to finish). I couldn't get past the loading screen either and this worked for me.
