Madden 2020 roster

Do you have an external hard drive attached to your Xbox One and have you tried deleting the roster file from your Madden Settings menu before going online to re-download it?

Summarize your bug Whenever I try to update the rosters, there is always an error and they won’t download. I’ve tried deleting all the files and re installing as well as just restarting my Xbox, but nothing seems to work and I can’t find any fixes online.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Whenever the game is being opened to start loading, it comes up with a tuning data download error and then a roster update error.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t play any online features of the game.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see an answer on how to fix it or a refund since I can’t play modes that I paid for.

What is the AMD or Nvidia Model Number of your graphics card?
Enter RAM memory size in GB Like 45-50 gigs. The actual game is like 44 or 45 but it reserves 4 gigs of storage for files and updates.

I really want to be able to play this online with friends and I can’t because of these updates not downloading. Please respond with any possible fixes for me to try. Thanks!

I have the same issue on PS4. I've deleted all files (local and cloud), deleted and reinstalled the game, reset my network, all to no avail. I am able to load community rosters just fine. Just can't succeed in downloading and installing the official EA roster. Clearly you have an issue with that process. Any chance you can make the file available for USB uploading? How about posting the official file in Community? Not being able to play online takes a great deal of value away from your game and only feeds the masses that want someone other than EA to make an NFL game. I am quickly joining that crowd.

Are you able to play an online H2H game? If you can do that, it means you have the official roster installed. You can't play online without the updated roster.

I cannot play an online H2H game. Tells me I need to download the latest roster, and when I do it fails, and round and round we go....
