Madden 21 Championship Fantasy pack

Signed up to Mut rewards and Register to Madden 21 Championship as well to receive a team fantasy pack which never arrived. Spoken to two advisors in last couple of days to explain to no avail. The advisors are polite and try attain your information but there's just no way of getting this issues sorted. They keep coming back to the madden cash prize which is not my query.... I need to provide info on the pack. Anyone got a screenshot of the loading screen art which shows the pack when you register to Madden 21 championship. Hope y'all understand. Thanks in advance

    Had the same issue; reached out to EA Help and they told me the following: Unfortunately we do not have a way to validate this claim, and are unable to grant this content. What we can do, is file this as a bug report! I would be doing this on my end as well!

    But taking my info and spamming my email since I registered to championship because of their cookie settings is fine!
