Summarize your bug When trying to add a community file to my franchise mode for my upgraded PS5 edition of Madden 21 I get stuck on the please wait screen while waiting for the game to put on community files. I can access the community files on the PS4 game version on my PS5 but when I switch my game version to the PS5 it does not work.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to download a draft class from madden share in franchise mode for the PS5 game version from the upgrade of the Madden 21 PS4 disc
What happens when the bug occurs? Screen shows where the community files should be but it is an empty grey box with none of the files.
What do you expect to see? The files so I can download the online draft classes.

Do not have a screenshot. Just is what would usually be there for the download community files but it says (PLEASE WAIT) at the bottom of the screen and no files appear.
I was able to fix the issue I was having my clearing the app cache in EA Desktop.
- click the 3 lines menu button in the upper left corner
- Select help > app recovery > clear cache
after ea desktop restarted I had to log back in and then it started working as expected.
