Madden 21 franchise mode with 32 separate people online, my Xbox one will not load the game It just sits on the loading screen when I go to start a game or practice. It's only doing it on this franchise, my other franchise my 16 players works fine and mut is working fine.

@JMitch240 Do you happen to be using a custom Gamertag picture that isn't a Microsoft default version you can select from and have you power cycled the console with these steps? I've seen some strange stuff with custom Gamertag pictures so I can't say whether that could be the cause or not, but curious if you do have one to see if there is any coloration. How to power cycle your Xbox console: Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply. Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One. Clear Mac Address Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.

I've tried to uninstall the game and reinstall it five times. I've unplugged everything from the wall multiple times. I've changed my DNS server. I've changed my security settings. It's only happening on this one franchise. The other franchise online that I'm in works fine and so does MUT. The commissioner of the franchise that's not working had booted me from league and readded, he's changed setting in league settings and then changed back and still not working.

No it's just me. We thought maybe my roster could be not right but I have 46 active which is our league min, I have multiple guys at almost every position. Except FB buy I don't think that's position that has to have player in.

Thanks for following up. I'm sorry to hear this is still giving you trouble. Considering that it's only happening with you and not other people in your League, I have to wonder if this is something localized on your system.

Do you have Madden NFL 21 installed on an external hard drive or is it installed on the drive that's built into your Xbox?

Built into my Xbox. I don't have an external drive. Keto in mind, the other online franchise I'm in, with many of the same guys, works fine, so does MUT. So we've been thinking maybe it is my roster, but we went through that and can't seem to find anything wrong. Everytime I chat with EA, they send me the same list of * to try and it never works. Can you tell me anything else to try? Or maybe giver me a link to download the MVP version for Madden for free and see if that works. Cause I'm not sure what the hell to do. I'm trying to think of anything and everything. Or give me a list of things to try...
