Hi @dylanharris1256.
I'd like to try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help with the issues you and your friend are seeing. I'd recommend starting off with the basic connection steps over at the EA Help site. If it keeps happening after that check out the platform-specific steps as well:- Xbox One

- @EA_Kent its not a connection issue we play the game all the way thru just fine when we finish it at the hub for franchise it says the game is able to be played again like we never did anything
- @EA_Kent hello? this shouldnt be happening and the fix to everything cant be connection.

Are you both playing in the same house on the same console under an offline franchise, two different consoles in the same house, or two different consoles from different locations?
Are you on XB1, PC, or PS4 and has this happened before to you both?
