Summarize your bug Everytime I click to play either the new house rules or regular head to head season, it pops up with a error message and eventually it goes past the 10 second estimated time to find an online game. Will sit on the screen for minutes until I have to exit out madden and retry.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go on twitter and see all the people with the same problem
What happens when the bug occurs? Sits in the game queue for minutes. You cannot load into a head to head game
What do you expect to see? To get in a game

Summarize your bug When going to play a head-to-head match, either the player searching screen shows zero players searching or online, or when there are player searching and players online shown, the estimated weight screen continues to run the clock up beyond the estimated wait time (example, :20 estimated wait time but clock is running beyond 3 mins).
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to online Head to Head mode and look at the player searching screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sometimes there are numbers showing but most of the time it will say zero player searching or online. Once you select the game to connect with another player, you will see the estimated wait time will not work.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the game connect to another player and being able to play an online Head to Head game.

I’m having the same problem and it’s making me never wanna play madden again it’s rediculous. I literally gotta close my app 100 times cuz I keep freezing. This needs to be fixed asap
