Summarize your bug Anytime I try to play anything besides an offline play now game it says I need to be login in to EA and that a unknown error has occurred
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happens when I try to play anything that requires online.
What happens when the bug occurs? A message pops up sayin an unknown error has occurred and I need to sign into EA but I already am.
What do you expect to see? This issue has happened since I bought madden 23 when it first came out. Please fix it.

This has been occurring since I bought the game. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, deleted all saved data, and tried restarting WiFi. I’ve tried to report this issue about a month ago but did not receive any help. I’m signed in to EA cause I can play other EA games but it still says I’m not connected to EA servers and that an unknown error has occurred.
