Every time i open MUT and go to a challenge or solo battle it kicks me back to the main menu saying “our servers cannot process your request at this time”. When i try to do H2H it won’t even match me up with anyone. Last year i had the exact same problem with my challenges but i could still play online. Now i can’t even do both. I’ve spent well over 300 dollars of in app purchases alone and I’m extremely frustrated that i can’t even access a simple match. This is infuriating after all the money i’ve spent on this game.

This just started happening to me after the previous update and it seems the game breaks even more every time it’s “patched”
As a long time player of this franchise there’s nothing that upsets me more than receiving an unfinished/unplayable product that i’ve spent my own money on. For a company with so much money i can’t wrap my head around how glitchy, laggy and just completely broken this game is. EA should be ashamed of themselves knowing their product is no good but still releasing it cause it’s going to make a lot of money regardless. This game was supposed to be honoring John Maddens legacy and you guys completely * all over it. This is honestly my last straw with this game
