Madden 23 “our servers cant process your request”

Every time I try to get into ultimate team it gives me that message. I just got it yesterday and haven’t been able to get on MUT at all. I logged into my brothers account on the same console and it worked just fine. Also everybody that I personally know is able to get in.

    It's been more like 3 weeks for me, but I agree with you.  Figure it out, this is unacceptable.

    @coolrthancold I'm going through the same for a week now and haven't got any answers. I think this is the end of Madden for me.

    Are you getting an error message (if so what is it)? Our servers cannot process your request at this time
    What are you trying to do when running into an error/ getting stuck? MUT solo challenges, downloading draft classes for franchise
    What was the last action you completed before it happened? Trying to play solo challenges
    How often does the bug occur? All the time. Every time I open solo challenges
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Gamesharing
    Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have:
  • It’s been a month since I’ve been able to play mut with friends or even do solo challenges, I know all my friends can hop on and play but I keep getting hit with a “our servers cannot process your request at this time” error. I just wanna play the game again.

    I’m unable to start any challenges on my ultimate team. It keeps giving me an error message that reads “our servers are unable to process your request at this time. please try again later” I’ve restarted and redownloaded the game. I’ve also reset my router. Any tips?

    I been having this problem every day for over 2 weeks when i try to go on MUT.. When is this problem going to be resolve.. I pay for a game and i cant even use it.. That's not good.. Fix this please..

    When i try to get on MUT same error message. SERVERS DOWN CANNOT PROCESS YOUR REQUEST AT THIS TIME. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER...  This is so frustrated i purchase a game but can't play it in full.. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE 🙏 !!! RESOLVE THIS ISSUE IM HAVING
