Presents pack were far and away messed up with several bugs well before 6:20pm, in any US time zone. Therefore, assuming you’re only granting players who opened presents in that two hour window is 1. Incorrect and 2. Inappropriate and lacking in corrective action.
The gifting for players who played between the pointed out two hour window is incorrect because many players eagerly opened Presents first thing Xmas AM. Safe to say, less than 10% of players opened between 6:20-8:30pm 12/25/22. therefore, assuming you’re only giving players a make right gift for opening between those two hours is incorrect.
secondly, issuing a single present is just a poor corrective action. Should EA truly care for their users and PAYING CUSTOMER base, EA would go above and beyond to make this right. Your corrective action is top tier poor customer service.
EA failed to mention when a gift would be issued in the above post and users deserve to know when they can expect a present.
