I opened my gifts for Christmas and did not receive Tom Brady nor Harold Carmichael for the Player Present 1 and 2. I checked in my item manager, the PP1 and PP2 cards were gone. I found out from Twitter and Twitch that the game glitched, and to wait 48 hrs before contacting EA Help.
I contacted EA help and they said the team was working on it. I waited and today I received a gift, 89 ovr Jay Higenberg. Honestly, this is insulting to me. The time and money it takes for MUT, and my return isn't even the cards they're supposed to be! Do we need to bring a class action lawsuit to EA?
