Madden 23 - 12/25 Present Packs Update

So ea is saying we got the correct packs when that is simply not true I bought the 50$ present bundle and didn’t receive anything good out of ANY pack along with player packs. I talked to ea support and they pretty much said only the people in the time range they seem fit will be getting make rights what kind of joke is that. I spent over 500k on packs for training to get 89s? They have no fix for this besides a large present. WOW.
