The times listed on this article are not correct. My packs were messed up in the morning of Christmas. There’s no way you are going to try and limit this to a 2 hour window in the evening. Just accept your losses and give anyone who opened any presents on Christmas a make right. Your company has all the money in the world and it’s disappointing to see how poorly you treat your customers.
