I’m sorry but this is terrible. People that opened in the morning with the glitch got absolutely robbed!! I was opening Lavish gifts giving me 85’s. I pulled 2 93+ cards out of my 175 packs. I was lucky and got my player presents but your make rights are to the people who opened their presents in the time of the glitch. 

I got screwed by your Elway Team Diamond ban but I’m not going quietly anymore EA.

My letter will be on its way to your legal department immediately
