EA American Football TeamThat is bananas and you know it. How do we know that we receieved the correct presents when the packs were not labeled? We’re they supposed to be 82+, 92+?? You never said any of that. So did we get lucky on the bad packs? XL presents that were only able to be acquired through buying points need to be sent out again due to the mistakes made! This is unacceptable that the folks that opened after 6 pm that already received goated packs get more and the folks that opened when they were available got scammed? That makes no sense. But thanks for the extra 89 OVR. Guess that was worth the $50 I spent on the pile of presents. Thanks a lot EA.
MUT experience in general has been awful. Not sure what has happened at EA but by far the most frustrating year in MUT with glitches, login issues, missing content (now missing XL presents I made the mistake of paying for), and having to deal with EA No Help! The Customer Service agents can’t do anything except log the issues and return a canned response.
EA is all about saving the market at all costs so the community continues to spend money on packs instead of making things right. I’m done.
