madden 23 - Must be signed in to access online features

When the game first released at 12 I went to login and it wouldn’t let me connect to the servers to play anything online, so I just assumed it was because everyone was on the game at once. But still ...

and Im continuing to have problems on other EA titles, like I cannot play Battlefront 2, and it takes me forever to sign in to Battlefield 2042. Issue started happening on Madden 22 as well.

  @EA_Aljo Ive tried everything ya have suggested from Password resets to power cycle etc. Fix this issue or i want a refund. Pre ordered and haven't been able to play game early...

    I’ve tried everything I can but I still can’t play this damn game. I love madden I’ve played this game since I was a kid and I can’t believe this is happening to me. I just want to play the game!!!!!! EA fix this like everyone is having the same issue it’s on THE DAMN INTERNET ITS YOU!!!!!!! HOW THE H CAN IT BE THE INTERNET IF WE ALL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!!!!! PLEASE IM LEGIT BEEN STAYING UP ALL NIGHT TRYING TO PLAY ONE ONLINE GAME ONE!!!!

    You'll need to contact the retailer you purchased the game from to inquire about a refund.
