This is an issue that we're currently investigating. When there's some news, I'll provide an update.
Edit: It looks like this issue has now been resolved. Try power cycling your equipment again and let me know if you can log in or not.

Still not working for me (I’m on PS4).

Xbox Series S, I had this issue for 2 days.
I did uninstall last evening and re-installed and that did work, but I tried a few
hours ago and the Blue EA Trial Screen said I wasn't connected
to the EA Servers. I did power cycle everything and it is now
working again. I have the Ultimate Xbox Game Pass.

Everytime I try to play an online game mode such as anything in mut or the yard, I get kicked back to the main menu. It says "could not process request" for mut and "game server issue occurred" for the yard. Then it take me back to the main menu and I lose connection to the servers. I've tried everything. Resetting Xbox, reset router, redownloaded the game, everything. It lets me play on my other accounts. Just not my actual account. Please help

I am having the same issue here. Xbox series X. The trial worked perfectly for me, since then I have only been able to access MUT main menu, when launching solos or h2h it says servers can't process request.

I’m having the same exact problem, when I try to play my connected franchise game it won’t let me switch over to my team.
When I try to Invite a Friend to a Head 2 Head match, my game crashes. When a friend invites me, I get an error message saying the session has timed out.
But when I try playing on another account it works fine.
EA Needs to do something about this ASAP - 4 years ago@EA_Aljo I still cannot login. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times along with router reset. Nothing works

Hey again, everyone. Another workaround we're hearing of is to try playing a few games of Face of the Franchise. Then, try loading into MUT again. Let me know if this makes a difference or not.

Face of the franchise and all other online modes give the same error.
- 4 years ago@EA_Aljo It’s gives me the attention notice to keep changing my password. I’ve tried changing but still nothing. Tried unplugging routers and uninstalled multiple times. Please help. Haven’t been able to play.
- 4 years ago@EA_Aljo Face of the franchise doesn’t work either
- 4 years ago
All I play a face of the franchise and I just tried and it's still not working for me either. I have to keep spamming x on face of the franchise for to possibly let me in and that's rare what's reconnect

I have power cycled my router and Xbox numerous times as well as deleting reinstalling the game and it still will not let me play. It keeps saying that I need to be signed in to the server and Xbox live. I have played these games since I was a kid and I’ve never had this problem with the previous titles
