When I open Madden 23, I am greeted by an error message stating "In order to access the online features for this title your account on PlayStation Network must be signed into the EA servers". If I try to access any online modes (MUT, Franchise, Face of the Franchise, Online H2H, The Yard, etc.) I am greeted by the same error message followed by a second error message stating "Unknown login error occurred". This issue has been persistent since the early access launched at midnight EST the other day, meaning I have not yet gotten to play this game that I paid $100 for online. I have tried resetting both my PS4 & router multiple times, I've tried deleting the game and reinstalling, I've tried changing my DNS settings, I've tried restoring my system to default settings, I've tried deleting my Madden 23 save data, I have tried everything I can think of and that the internet has told me. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Hi I found a solution to this issue that worked for me. I noticed that all my freinds that had madden 22 on their ps5 were able to login so I tried downloading madden 22 and log into that so my ps5 was a trusted device on my EA account. After this I logged into madden 23 and it worked
