madden 23 - Must be signed in to access online features

When the game first released at 12 I went to login and it wouldn’t let me connect to the servers to play anything online, so I just assumed it was because everyone was on the game at once. But still ...

Having the same error message as everyone else , I’m on PlayStation 4, it says I need to be logged into PlayStation network and ea servers I’m logged into PlayStation network but it keeps saying in order to access online features I need to be logged into both and it won’t log into ea servers

@Southernman71 I got the game early n spent another 200 n the game just to go thru this smh

    I don’t think they have a clue what’s going on. I haven’t been able to play the game since install. The error message, “unknown login error occurred” sounds like something they weren’t even prepared for and don’t even understand. 
    I still can’t play Madden 23 and it’s now day 4 of trying all the elementary suggestions they are giving. Seriously, reset and unplug console and router??? What is this 1995? As our senseless fearless leader would say, “Come on man”.

      I just want my money back at this point, I've been playing madden since 92, this is the worst rool out ever, how do i get a refund????

        I just straight to Legacy game, no option at all to sign in to play, no answers from EA, i just want a refund for this debacle
