@EA_Aljo any word on this? I can not recover my super old email addresses, so the the “deleted” EA account that I used to have is blocking me from signing in with my current and real one.. I am literally blocked out of playing madden entirely. Any solving of this issue?
Unfortunately, if you no longer have access to the email on your account, there isn't much we can do. You can try opening a case with an advisor here to see if they can help.

@EA_Aljo I have an active EA account. I have an active PSN account… but for some reason my PSN is still linked to this other “old and deleted” EA account, which has a different email. And that email is long lost.. I just want this ghost account wiped out, and be able to play with my current EA account… this shouldn’t be rocket science.. I also opened up a help request with EA help… they are “unable to do anything”…
so why is it, that I bought madden 23, and the game is rigged with a Log In requirement, and doesn’t even have an offline single player mode.. I don’t even have the option to log in with different credentials.. this doesn’t make sense.

We don't currently have an update on this. I know not being able to play is incredibly frustrating. We're trying to get this resolved as soon as possible.

@EA_Aljo Is issue expected to be resolved? I can be patient if this is simply a matter of finding the issue and fixing it.
what’s frustrating is when, after asking several sources, they all say they can’t help the problem, making it seem like it’s an unfortunate but unfixable issue..

You actually have a different issue than the others that can't connect to MUT. I'm very sorry, but nobody can help with this over Answers HQ. You'll need to contact an advisor.

He's having a recovery email issue. The year of us is a ea servers issue.
- 4 years ago@EA_Aljo Are we going to be reimbursed or reward with a “sorry for not being able to play for days on our game so here’s some madden points” . It’s been day 3 of not being able to play and some people have been waiting since Tuesday. If you guys can’t fix it how can I get a refund if I payed online and plus, PlayStation usually deletes your account after refunding that much money what about that!!!!!! Some people can’t afford to start over. Y’all need to give us an estimate something!!!!!

This us my gutsy madden I’ve bought since 25. Was a long time customer, all the way since Genesis. Now I bought the new game and spent hours on building a franchise, played 1 game and now am experiencing the same errors that have plagued this game game apparently August!
So how do I fix this? Says login error and that I can’t login to my EA account.
is/has there ever been a fix to this?
