It's not about having the authority to make this change to your account. The problem is that you can't verify ownership of the account without having access to the email on it. No changes can be made until ownership is verified.
@EA_Aljo Don’t you think, the fact that it is presently linked to my PSN is verification enough? It is a dead account. Already deleted. No one is using it. Why is a “potential” owner, of a dead account, being give the respect to have their data kept in limbo, while ME, the owner of an actual account, being told to shove it when he simply wants access to use what he purchased?
why is this such a hard thing?

I'm very sorry, but this isn't something I can help with. You'll need to contact an advisor.

@EA_Aljo yes, yes you can. You just won’t. You are choosing not to help, and removing the responsibility for yourself by pointing me to an “advisor”.. which I have spoken with. They do the same thing. They avoid the responsibility to help, and point me to someone else, saying “sorry, there is nothing I can do”.
I have an EA account.
I have a PSN account.
I purchased a game, via PS Store.
I can not play this game, because an EA account that does not belong to be is somehow attached to my PSN.
you are more concerned about the ghost, intrusive account that doesn’t belong, than a verified paying customer.
I don’t want access to this dead account. I don’t want it’s information. I want it removed from what is mine.
yet, you refuse.
