When I open Madden 23, I am greeted by an error message stating "In order to access the online features for this title your account on PlayStation Network must be signed into the EA servers". If I try to access any online modes (MUT, Franchise, Face of the Franchise, Online H2H, The Yard, etc.) I am greeted by the same error message followed by a second error message stating "Unknown login error occurred". This issue has been persistent since the early access launched at midnight EST the other day, meaning I have not yet gotten to play this game that I paid $100 for online. I have tried resetting both my PS4 & router multiple times, I've tried deleting the game and reinstalling, I've tried changing my DNS settings, I've tried restoring my system to default settings, I've tried deleting my Madden 23 save data, I have tried everything I can think of and that the internet has told me. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Pittsburgh, Atlantic Broadband, PC (Steam)
Still can't connect. Also can't refund since I've played longer than two hours. I've spent longer than two hours trying to troubleshoot this issue. This just isn't fair.

Still the same issue on ps4
- 4 years ago@Nodawwg its time to do something... the fact that some people can play and some can't is unfair. close it down for everyone and figure it out or give us our refund. the whole point of getting the game early is to be competitive from the beginning now we are way behind. the frustration level is building EA are you going to do something? wake up! give us an update or something so we know you are trying

It's crazy that a company as big as EA is can't even fix a glitch meanwhile u have small games that have bug fixes every week
