madden 23 - Must be signed in to access online features

When the game first released at 12 I went to login and it wouldn’t let me connect to the servers to play anything online, so I just assumed it was because everyone was on the game at once. But still ...

Apologies for misspelling a word. It happens to the best of us. Thanks for trying that. It was a potential workaround that has helped others, but obviously, it's not working for everyone. We're still investigating this.

@EA_Aljo what are you guys doing to resolve this? do you acknowledge how unfair this is to the people that cannot play this game? shut it down for everyone until you figure it out. it's b.s that some are playing now and getting better while we waste our time trying all these "solutions" you keep telling us to try. I got the game the day it came out and haven't played 1 game yet. refund us the money or figure it out! sucks ea is only company that can make an nfl game what a disgrace this is if only there was another choice. when will you figure out the actual problem instead of just telling people try this try that nothing you say has worked i have spend so many hours trying to get this to work what a waste. how can I get a refund from ea?

    We don't have an update on this issue yet. When we do, we'll relay that here. You can contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if a refund is available.

    Some people are able to get that far. We're seeing reports that what I suggested is helping those that can log in to MUT so I wanted to relay that here in case it worked for anyone.

      @EA_Aljo no I want a refund from ea... ea is the one that dropped the ball not the retailer they did their job its time to do yours...how can I get a refund from ea? can you ask your manager how we can get our money back for this joke if a game?

        We can't issue a refund since you technically didn't pay us for the game. You'll need to ask the retailer the game was purchased from to see if a refund is available.
