madden 23 - Must be signed in to access online features

When the game first released at 12 I went to login and it wouldn’t let me connect to the servers to play anything online, so I just assumed it was because everyone was on the game at once. But still ...

@EA_Aljo no I want a refund from ea... ea is the one that dropped the ball not the retailer they did their job its time to do yours...how can I get a refund from ea? can you ask your manager how we can get our money back for this joke if a game?

We can't issue a refund since you technically didn't pay us for the game. You'll need to ask the retailer the game was purchased from to see if a refund is available.

    @EA_Aljo typical ea just blame someone else for your shortcomings. give me my money back and I'll send you this weak a$$ game you can use it as a Frisbee for your dog or something since it doesn't work anyways

    The blame is on us for this issue to begin with. What I'm saying is that since you paid someone else for the game, they are responsible for the refund. This is pretty standard. When you buy something from a store, you contact the store for a refund. Not the manufacturer of the item.

    We all want this fixed and are doing everything we can to make that happen as quickly as possible.

    I still cannot play any onlinemodes in madden! I'm from Switzerland, play on ps5 and my networkprovider is swisscom but i don't think that this is helping a lot!

    Try power cycling the device you play on. Let's see if that helps.

    Just Power cycled the Xbox and no change, still getting the same login error unfortunately.

    I am in California on Astound Broadband, Xbox Series X

    Edit: For those of you that could get into MUT previously, make sure any items that have been favored are set to be unfavored.

    Still having same issues. Can't connect to server. Haven't been able to access any online features at all. Iowa, PS5

    Do any of you have multiple personas on your EA account or did you remove one and link another by chance?

    There is no PSN ID linked to the account you're posting with. Just to be sure, are you logging into Madden with the PSN ID that is connected to an EA account?

    @EA_Aljo Yes, for sure. But it doesn’t let me link it. Only keeps asking to reset my password but yes,the psn is the same

    Your PSN ID must be linked to a different account because it's not linked to the one you're posting with. At any rate, that's not something I can help with. You'll need to contact an advisor to see if they can help with linking your accounts. To do that, open a case here.

    So I’m logged in where do I look now? I can see I have no game specific identities is that what I’m looking for? Sorry not a huge gamer

    @EA_Aljo Understood.. but that’s what I’m saying, it doesn’t let me link it in the ea website. It keeps telling me to reset psn when I try to link the two on the ea website under my acct profile
