madden 23 - Must be signed in to access online features

When the game first released at 12 I went to login and it wouldn’t let me connect to the servers to play anything online, so I just assumed it was because everyone was on the game at once. But still ...

How do I check to see what account is linked?

So I’m logged in where do I look now? I can see I have no game specific identities is that what I’m looking for? Sorry not a huge gamer

@EA_Aljo I have tried everything that I possibly can. I am not very tech savvy or gamer savvy. I just want to play this game.

So I don’t have any linked accounts but it’s still telling me to reset my password I’ve never created an EA account I don’t understand what’s up
