There is no PSN ID linked to the account you're posting with. Just to be sure, are you logging into Madden with the PSN ID that is connected to an EA account?

I switched my ea accounts to a newer email when this first started but the new one is connected to my psn will that affect anything?

@EA_Aljo I am also experiencing this same issue on Xbox Series X. EA account is linked to my Microsoft account, I changed my password based on previous troubleshooting steps listed by you in this thread. Is there an active debug being looked at on the software/network side of things here? This is a new release so I am trying to spare my feelings, but I purchased this on launch day and have only been able to play twice. The last few days I can't play the Franchise mode I started and it's really ruining my enjoyment of the game.

Everyone this isn’t an issue that can be fixed on are end I called and spoke with an advisor at EA, the lady said I have to be patient and wait , that the tech team is working as fast as they can to fix the issues
