4 years agoOut Twitter/Facebook support can take a little longer, but they also provide excellent help. If you don't want to go that route, try either requesting a callback or starting a chat. You can see my previous instructions for help with that.

@EA_Aljo It's simple......MAKE A LARGE POST ON THE VISIBLE OUTLETS, INCLUDING THE SYSTEMS THEMSELVES, FOR EVERYONE WHO BOUGHT THE GAME. That way people know what the situation is an that it's being worked on......when world crisis happen I'm sure you would like to be notified; how would you feel if no one bothered to tell you anything during the time of a world crisis? Probably like how we feel not knowing what's going on with something we all paid for.....just make the public aware of the issue until it's fixed or you're going to end up in a tight bind when the public wants all their money back all at one time. An if you're not able to provide then it becomes a law issue, when all you have to do is MASS NOTIFY THE PUBLIC ABOUT THIS ISSUE.
