madden 23 - Must be signed in to access online features

When the game first released at 12 I went to login and it wouldn’t let me connect to the servers to play anything online, so I just assumed it was because everyone was on the game at once. But still ...

I was able to load in and play ultimate team but I don’t have any of my pre order bonuses
