I hope this is a joke. How is setting a lineup to best overall going to give me a refund ? Here is a solution send your best overall account my email so they can process a refund.
Community ManagerIf you purchased the PC version through Origin, you can contact an advisor to see if a refund is possible. Otherwise, you can contact the retailer the game was purchased from to inquire about a refund.
As I said before steam has a two hour game play limit for refunds. I've spent over two hours trying to troubleshoot this issue. This is now an EA issue not a retailer issue. You put out the game knowing it was broken, baiting me into trying for hours to fix it now I can't get my money back.
This is bs. Y’all knew the game was broke. Other ea games like fifa and ufc work. Even Madden 22 works! So seriously what's going on with Madden 23?
They released an unfinished game due to time constraints; now they don't want to face the reality that they advertised a completed product and sold you a piece of software that barely runs. All the features they advertised are not accessible. The game requires a server connection to do anything of any significance. They promised you a cake and gave you a half cooked egg yolk with some flour on the side. To keep with the baked goods analogy, EA is the only bakery allowed to sell "cake". The ESPN 2K game from early 2000s is a better game than this. I feel cheated, lied to, powerless, just to name a few. I used to love these games.
I still haven't been able to play the game. I bought it as soon as it came out and haven't played one game. All I want to play face of franchise and don't know understand why I would need anything to let me play this version.

Called ea yesterday claim issue was fixed still can’t play madden 23 xbox series x did all the stuff mobile hotspot and change dns did nothing told me engineers will look into this I want a refund
@zigs44 Obviously he doesn't spend his free time here. But he is lilly the only one that can do something for us.
Retailers won't refund a game after their terms are broken. The game time for this game shows over the two hour limit however that time was spent trying to fix this issue which is not my fault or the retailers fault. It is an EA problem, EA needs to make this whole I would insert legal language here if it would not get removed by a moderator.
Does anybody know if using a wired connection fixes this
