Hey Everyone,
I wanted to jump in real quick, for anyone getting the error message "In order to access online features for this title your account on (Playstations or Xbox) Network must be signed in and you must be signed into EA servers" Try the following based on your platform and if this continues let us know the following...
Xbox:
- Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
- Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
- If you are on an insider build of Xbox on any accounts on the console, return to the latest stable build, then load back to the profile you want to use and check.
- Verify you should have permission to access online features with your console. (no actions, have an online sub, etc)
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Persistent Storage
- Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
- Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
- Alternate Mac:
- Go to settings > Select General > Then Network settings
- Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
- Select restart
Playstation:
- Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Verify you should have permission to access online features with your console. (no actions, have an online sub, etc)
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
If you continue running into these issues, let us know the following...

Are you getting an error message (if so what is it)?
What are you trying to do when running into an error/ getting stuck?
What was the last action you completed before it happened?
How often does the bug occur?

Madden 23 ps5
Game loading gets stuck on play like mad
Finally get past that then it says need to sign in
Sign in and it spins for 2 mins. My psn name pops up then click on mut and get a our servers cannot process your request at this time error. Today is day 11.. Tried every step and made contact on Twitter and still cannot access. Reading thru the forums it's not just me. This is getting ridiculous. When is it going to be fixed

Hi Barry,
I have spoken with many advisors over the last 11 days. I even signed up for Twitter and spoke with multiple ppl on there. Nothing has worked to include every basic and advanced step posted

Did you ever figure anything out or no?
- 3 years ago@hammerofjustyce go over to ultimate team and just click A over and over. Error messages will come up but clicking A will close out of those. You could have to do it for up to 2 minutes but it has worked every time for me
