When the game first released at 12 I went to login and it wouldn’t let me connect to the servers to play anything online, so I just assumed it was because everyone was on the game at once. But still everytime I go to try and login and play online it says I can’t connect to the EA servers.
I am having the same issue here. Xbox series X. The trial worked perfectly for me, since then I have only been able to access MUT main menu, when launching solos or h2h it says servers can't process request.
I play on Playstation 5 and have wireless connection

Same issue here. I’ve tried everything and nothing works. I contacted ea sports and after about an hour long chat was basically told that it’s a problem on their end and to come back after “some time” and hopefully it will work. He said he was directed to not tell me how long “some time” is but said they now finally have their top team looking into the issue. We’ll see what happens.

I still can’t log into PlayStation network on madden 23..I paid 100$ to get this game early and haven’t got to play MUT 1 time! Such BS

I received a message on the game stating, I must be signed in to Xbox Network and the EA servers in order to access online features for this game. I have checked my internet, I have checked my Cbox Network, I have checked my EA account. Please help
