When the game first released at 12 I went to login and it wouldn’t let me connect to the servers to play anything online, so I just assumed it was because everyone was on the game at once. But still everytime I go to try and login and play online it says I can’t connect to the EA servers.
I had the issues yesterday & I reset my modem & router.. then reset my Xbox S & it worked. Opened the game yo today & I’m having the same issue again trying to play Ut & I get “unknown login error occurred”
I’m having the same issue as well. Reset my password and nothing is helping. Don’t see much help from ea in this thread
EA Staff (Retired)In order to access the Online features for this title your account on PlayStation network must be signed in and you must be signed in to the EA servers.. I talked on the phone with EA help today and yesterday and they can’t figure out why it isn’t working.. EA UFC 4 logs in and works fine..
This continues to be a problem and the solutions offered have not solved anything. I called into EA and they stated that there is no solution at this time. I have now missed the early access despite paying almost double the price so I can play a week early.
