When the game first released at 12 I went to login and it wouldn’t let me connect to the servers to play anything online, so I just assumed it was because everyone was on the game at once. But still everytime I go to try and login and play online it says I can’t connect to the EA servers.
It's really frustrating. Can't play the game. Same issues. Same message. I have try everything at this point. Reset my internet. Turn off and on everything.a Tryed on a different session.
I hope we will be compensated for this.
Yea I’m having the same exact issue STILL. Havnt been able to play anything online and now I can’t get into madden at all cuz as soon as I click on madden it says “disconnected from server” then under that it says “please sign in to continue” and there’s no option to sign in at smh
Yep same thing happened to me and I’m on Xbox series S. Ik it’s the ea servers rather than my WiFi or login cuz I can play other games no problem.
I have the exact same issue since the release of the All Madden edition. Still unable to enjoy the game, or at least play it...

Did everything EA told me to but guess what………. NOTHING CHANGED SO ITS ON YOUR END, fix this or give me a refund and I’m never buying a ea game
Same here!! I get this stupid error whenever I try the steps they gave me. Reset my password about 10 times. It’s never even gave me the option to put any kind of EA account info in since I got it.
Is it even shocking EA reps seem to be ignoring these posts? There is no communication on what the heck is going on. This is pathetic customer service, don't release games that are not ready to be released.
I’m on PlayStation, my gamer tag is JaseSlime, I preordered the 100$ version and haven’t been able to play the game at all, one day it worked for a little but every other time it just keep saying I can’t connect to ea servers
