When the game first released at 12 I went to login and it wouldn’t let me connect to the servers to play anything online, so I just assumed it was because everyone was on the game at once. But still everytime I go to try and login and play online it says I can’t connect to the EA servers.
I just straight to Legacy game, no option at all to sign in to play, no answers from EA, i just want a refund for this debacle
My takeaway here is, never buy an EA again, give me my money back!!!
i requested a call back and what they told me is that's it's a known issue and that's it. How about you guys fix your game.

I’m having the same problem. I reset my password and still getting errors. I was really looking forward to playing this, haven’t played madden in years. I’m going to try and return game today for refund.
Reset 5 times. Still say password required takes me to a link to reset my password
