This is an issue that needs to be fixed on our end. You're welcome to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if they can refund you.
Ps5 wireless connection. Same issue as everyone else. Keeps telling me that I need to connected to online services and wants me to reset my ea password. I have tried resetting numerous times and it is just a continuous cycle. I’ve tried linking the account to my psn account and I get the same reset password error. Very frustrating when you spen this kind of money on a game you can’t even enjoy.
I just want to say thank you for actively trying to fix this issue and im very surprised how well you guys are taking the hate that you have been receiving hope this issue gets fixed soon

@EA_Aljo Is issue expected to be resolved? I can be patient if this is simply a matter of finding the issue and fixing it.
what’s frustrating is when, after asking several sources, they all say they can’t help the problem, making it seem like it’s an unfortunate but unfixable issue..

You actually have a different issue than the others that can't connect to MUT. I'm very sorry, but nobody can help with this over Answers HQ. You'll need to contact an advisor.
@EA_Aljo which issue is it we need to contact an advisor for? And if needed how do we go about contacting an advisor?
He's having a recovery email issue. The year of us is a ea servers issue.
