- @EA_Aljo typical ea just blame someone else for your shortcomings. give me my money back and I'll send you this weak a$$ game you can use it as a Frisbee for your dog or something since it doesn't work anyways

The blame is on us for this issue to begin with. What I'm saying is that since you paid someone else for the game, they are responsible for the refund. This is pretty standard. When you buy something from a store, you contact the store for a refund. Not the manufacturer of the item.
We all want this fixed and are doing everything we can to make that happen as quickly as possible.
Everyone's problem is a little bit different some can play sometimes and not get disconnected at all and some just can't play for me sometimes I could but sometimes I can't it's weird but for the people saying the solutions work it's probably temporarily BC it has happen to me.
I still cannot play any onlinemodes in madden! I'm from Switzerland, play on ps5 and my networkprovider is swisscom but i don't think that this is helping a lot!

Try power cycling the device you play on. Let's see if that helps.
Just Power cycled the Xbox and no change, still getting the same login error unfortunately.
I am in California on Astound Broadband, Xbox Series X
