- @Southernman71 the problem is I don't have any other connections sources. I don't have a hot spot on my phone so I guess I am just screwed

The bug is in the “Quick Resume” feature. If you start the game and a small black window in the top right appears that says Quick Resume, you will experience connection issues to the EA servers. I imagine there’s some sort of network handshake that fails in this Quick Resume feature, Aljo please forward this information to the technical debug team so they can focus their efforts properly.
To fix this issue on Xbox Series X, I went to the Xbox Home Screen, on the Madden 23 game icon I pressed start to access a menu and pressed “Quit”. When I restarted Madden 23 after that, I have had a 100% connection success and have been able to play my Franchise save again. The Quick Resume box in the top right does not appear when I am able to successfully launch the game and connect to EA servers.

Did you Ininstall and then install again ?
Are you sure your wifi is working ?
What’s up peeps. I’ve been watching this chat since the beginning. Tonight is the first time I’ve been able to get into the game since I got it night on night one. I did a hard reset on my Xbox series x but picked the option to keep all of the games and apps. It worked the first time I opened it after that. Not sure why but give it a try.
