When the game first released at 12 I went to login and it wouldn’t let me connect to the servers to play anything online, so I just assumed it was because everyone was on the game at once. But still everytime I go to try and login and play online it says I can’t connect to the EA servers.
Ok, so I switched to my hotspot then went into madden, then closed the game out and went back into it and it worked!!! Finally!!!!!!
@EA_Aljo @EA_Illium please help. its been 5 days of me trying to figure this out and i spent money on the game after already purchasing it. please get me in ultimate team. ive submitted the info you asked for 5 times
The hotspot worked for me for a quick second but within 10 minutes got kicked from server. Day 7 can’t play. Can we fix the issue already!?
Still the same issue on PS5. I have tried all the solutions offered. Haven't been able to access any online modes in the week I've had the game.
Called ea aug 27 3 pm est was told same thing I’m on Xbox x not wired
i talked to someone at EA today at 2pm est and they told me that it would be 36-72 hours till its resolved. idk how true it is though
