Reporting an EA account issue with game..I preordered madden on both my Xbox and and PS5..First issue is im still missing preorder content on the xbox but the bigger issues is When the game is played on PS5 it levels up on my Xbox and vice versa..Per EA Advisor this is not possible and progress should be saved seperately. This issue is making it so I can only get rewards for playing on one console. Example. I play on xbox at night and get to level 4 and then my son wakes up and plays on playstation during day and I come home to play and I'm now level 10 on Xbox..This makes it so so I can no longer get the rewards on xbox from level 5-10.. I have been told by EA Advisor that an unlink of the accounts on EA is the only fix but that one of the accounts will love their microtransactions and their progress...I do not think this is fair and I hope there is another fix for this.

i'm an level 13 on my xbox series x in and when i log in on my playstion it carry's over but wont let me complete certain missions on my playstion 5 because im past that level and it wont register the progress

@R2B2SW To confirm which progress are you seeing update? Is this in MUT, Franchise, etc?

I played the free trial on pc with eaplay but when I bought the game on ps4 it started me at level 12 where I had gotten to on pc so I was unable to earn the rewards for the first 12 levels for season 1 field pass. I'm missing out on a bunch of coins and packs.

@CERDO_PAPA To confirm is this progress in MUT, FotF, Yard, or with your FieldPass you are seeing an increase in both platforms? Are the Playstation and Xbox accounts currently on the same EA account?

Ok so this might get a little complicated BUT here goes I pre-order the game on both PS5 and Xbox Series X...I use them both on the same EA account. My xbox and ps account in madden for progression are connected...i tallked to support and they said its not possible but it it...if I play on ps5 that progress will be on xbox and vice versa yet support said theyre seperate but theyre not....I still have not received my pre-order stuff on my ps5 account. Can anyone help me? no one seems to be able too....

Yes MUT, same exact issue as that Cerdo guy…this is extremely frustrating when you spend over $200 pre-ordering both consoles…Any help would be great
